Sorry to dissapoint some of my friends...I will be hybernating from my blog for this few days..will be busy with my orders for this weekend...a superhero cake and sets of farmyard cuppies...so excited...and can't wait to start the project..will post the result by Saturday afternoon...ofcourse the owners have to see the cake first....
I had fun this weekend....trying out something new...together with my darling munchkin. Well, presenting a Chelsea soccer ball...specially made for adik Haziq Lampard....Happy birthday dear..semuga menjadi anak solleh..yang sentiasa mendoakan untuk ayah ibu....
Actually, Kak Haili..the mother requested a simple soccer field birthday cake after seeing the Tottenham Hotspurs cake....but she wanted a Chelsea cake...her son's team...
As usual , I don't really like to repeat my design...lagipun I nak polish up my skill...so I decided to come up with this soccer ball...Chelsea soccer ball...with Frank Lampard sebagai main character..Haziq's fav player....selain daripada John Terry...between this two players, I pilih Lampard as the icon..coz of his jersey no...no 8...ada "ong" kata kawan2 chinese I...Actually kek ni dua tingkat...
Seperti yang I katakan dulu, I prefer to do everything from scratch...so for logo...puasle I membelek logo Chelse kat internet..tapi kali ni I mengelat sikit..bukan sikit..banyak sebenarnya...my munchkin yang buatkan untuk I sementara I iced kan kek dengan buttercream and buttercream icing....he..he..he...my munchkin memang very good with this thing...but dlm bagus2 dia..tersilap percaturan juga dlm menghasilkan logo ni...he forgot about the word "club" after finishing "football"...so dgn berat hati...since I jadi yang jadi director...he had to redo everything..sorry dear...it's all about perfection..walaupun tak perfect sgt...Hopefully tak de le sesiapa yg request untuk buat MU team...eventhough I dah ada order bulan 10 dari aunty Theresa for her son's bday..and he is an MU fanatic fan.....
As for the boots, memang ni boot Frank Lampard..and I tak dapat nak letakkan nama dia kat boot tu..since so small sgt..
As usual I mesti berdebar nak present kek pd customer I...especially to the birtday boy himself....the best reward is bila tenguk reaction mereka...sebab tu instead of the soccer field yg Kak Haili minta..i buatkan bola ni..so ada suprisenya ....Haziq was speechless...and his brother also wanted a special cake for his birthday..and he is an MU fan...fortunately....he wants a special birthday cake "save the forest" and this time I pulak yang speechless...jarang I jumpa anak remaja..especially lelaki yg ada attitude begini..and to be frank..i kagum dgn anak2 Kak Haili...sungguh berbudi bahasa and hormat org tua..hmmm orang dewasa..:)) Seronok tenguk kemesraan mereka..hopefully anak2 kita semua akan membesar begitu..anak2 yg menyejukkan hati ibubapa...anak2 yg akan sentiasa mendoakann utk ibubapa..InsyaAllah. By the way, dalam kepala I dah nampak mcm mana I nak buat cake "save the forest".

This set was asked by Sis Shoba...last minute order...tak sampai 24 jam...and it was my 1st Ben10 set....oleh kerana kesian..I pun pandailah buat janji...but bila balik menggelabah coz I kena fikir apa yang boleh I buat dlm masa yg singkat..puas I google pasal Ben10...and finally I hire peminat2 kecil Ben10...my kids..they were the one who suggested to the omnitrix logo...all the while..I thought omnitrix logo to satu aje..rupanya banyak and berbagai-bagai warna..ikut pertukaran alien..OMG...so now I can claim I dah kenal semua alien Ben10...he..he..he...nope..only two days ago I got the chance to sit down and tengok cerita Ben10 the movie..and guess what...terkikik-kikik I gelak..coz all the while I ingat all the aliens to gedabak2 macam transformers...rupa2nya si Greymatter tu..kecik aje...our drinking glass pun lagi besar...hmmm..well anyway...Shoba was happy with it..her brother too...and according to Shoba her mother was so pleased that she requested a set of birthday cuppoes for Shoba...and on short notice lagi..hmmmmmmm....
Yup...now I'm my kek lapis mood pulak...actually, I just started to learn this art with a darling sweet makcik whom I panggil Mummy..she has 30 years of experience in making kek lapis ..all sorts of kek lapis including kek lapis Serawak..if Kak Jun is my sifu for fondant decorating....mami is my sifu for kek lapis....a very charming lady...sentiasa ceria..very energetic...and mesti semua terperanjat...she is 65...tapi mengalahkan org muda..very productive and to me her kek lapis...baik rasa or presentation...she is the best...nanti I will post her picture...
Back to kek lapis..I mula belajar buat serawak roll...together with my darling munchkin...then all sort of kek lapis yg lain...prune, masam manis..etc...and alhamdulillah..buat suka2 but sudah mula terima tempahan hari raya..so pada sesiapa yang berminat, can contact me..insyaAllah sedap and cantik..
As for kek hantaran lapis..tak belajar lagi..but sebab ada one of my hubby's friends order..so..seperti biasa I akan mencuba sendiri...but to be fair..this time around...I bakar and my munchkin yang buat designnya...the flowers..as usual fondant flowers...cuma kotak kek tu..beli kat kedai..and I tak pergi..just minta tolong buatkan...soo...no choice...
I used to think it is difficult to buat kek lapis...rupanya it is much..much..much easier than the normal cake...tak cerewet..since I guna oven khas untuk kek lapis..so it makes the baking process very easy and fast..nanti I postkan gambar oven kek lapis tu...
I am in seventh heaven....berasa diri diawang-awangan...apa taknya...my hubby buka blog kak june last nite ...and there was my red cake..posted by darling Kak June...maybe to some people..apa istimewanya???? Hanya org yang tau aje..akan faham apa yang i rasa...being mentioned in her blog satu hal..but when I saw my red cake..I was like...oh my dear...excited sangat..senang cerita mcm filem kita got mentioned by Steven Spielberg le....thanks sis..sebenarnya berdebar juga bila nak tengok komen my sifu ni....lebih berdebar dari tunggu orang nak meminang dulu...
I baru aje start dalm bidang ni..from 0 knowledge...kak june mesti senyum bila teringat msg i kat dia "fondant is an alien thing to me" and now i dok bergelumang dgn fondant...and i love every minute of it.... :)))
These are some of the wdding cuppies yg i pernah buat..tak dapat load semua..coz...ada yg terlupa amik gambar bila dah siap..I love doing this flowery design...nromally tak ada design yg sama untuk satu tempahan walaupun tempahan tu beratus biji..and as usual my darling munchkin mesti geleng kepala...yup...tu yg seronok pasal cake design for me...i'm always lost in my own world once I dah start menghias..to me it's not just designing..it's more than that..it's how you present your artwork... 
Yes!!! pagi2 lagi bila i bangun, terus buka blog i...bukan apa....nak tengok if my sifu...kak jun from sayasukacupcake.blogspot.com ada menjenguk....she was the first one yang i beritau blog i dah siap...and excitednya bila dapat tau kak jun bukan saja menjenguk malah telah meninggalkan jejak nya di chatbox I. So dengan rasa rendah diri...and ingin menjadikan commentnya sebagai sumber inspirasi I untuk terus berkarya...i terus copy paste komen kak jun...sayang sangat...yup ..she is the one yg banyak bagi inspirasi pada I walaupun banyak site yang i masuk..but she gave me the encouragement and inspiration directly with her personal touch..thank you kak...you are the best.....terasa diri di awang-awangan sekarang :-)

I love this red cake...it has always been my wish to have a red cake..i love red cake coz it's so different and so outstanding...this cake was for my final presentation for my Wilton 3..the roses were fondant roses...enjoy ....

The decorations were from class Wilton 2 and 3...yup...i dah graduate all the 3 classes ...and I am so happy...thank you Sammy...so i applykan all the decoration technique untuk housewarming cake for cikgu Rafidah.
Set ni di order oleh Sis Fathiah...untuk her best friend...she requested a bestfriend theme tapi nak simple...pening juga kepala...so finally decided buat set ni..actually, i dapat idea ni dari one of the cuppies decorator..but lupa plak yang mana satu..but from international decorator..so if anybody perasan please let me know..so I boleh credit this design to her...yang lain I tambah....tq Fathiah....
