Something classic Istimewa untuk Darling Mami...

Salam untuk semua ...semuga hari ini akan menjadi hari yg cemerlang dan produktif untuk kita semua...alhamdulillah i managed to menghabiskan masa pagi ni dgn mendengar nasihat ilmu dari Dr Fadzillah Kamsah n i want to share sebaris nasihat buat pedoman untuk kita semua..Kata Dr Fadzillah Kamsah..orng yng banyak bercakap akan membuat banyak kesilapan dan akan menyebabkan ramai membenci kita....bila hendak bercakap..berfikir dahulu..jgn sebarang cakap. Well, agree with him...sometimes bila kita terlalu banyak bercakap especially together with emotion, ia mungkin akan menyebabkan banyak kemudaratan.....so dear friends..sometimes kita kurang bercakap but orng akan bercakap untuk mem"provoke" diri kita..supaya kita turut sama membuka mulut..well in this situation, biarlah kita terus berdiam diri..berdiam diri bukan bererti kita mengaku kalah..tapi ia dapat mewujudkan lebih banyak kebaikan and keamanan....insyaAllah. Talking about keamanan..alfatihah untuk pejuang Allah..Bro Osama bin LAden yg kononnya sudah dibunuh oleh tentera Amerika...seandainya benar dia sudah dibunuh semuga Allah menerimanya sebagai hamba yg syahid ...and insyaAllah rohnya diletakkan bersama roh2 yg dikasihi Allah..but benarkan statement...dgn matinya Osama maka dunia akan aman...? I laughed when i heard the statement...siapakah sebenarnya dalang kepada keamanan dunia?



Ok...back to cake business...cake talk...kali ni cake dibuat khas utk mami...a very special and talented person....Mami is my sifu for kek lapis ...and she is like a walking food dictionary..tanya apa saja pasal makanan..semuanya dia tahu..baik local dish or international dish. My kids selalu cakap mami hebat...apa taknya, apa saja yg mereka mahu makan,pasti mami akan buatkan. To me, Mami reminds me of some one who had a very special place in my life..Allahyarhamah nenek Zaleha @ Encuk or what we always panggil dia..Queen Mother..the grandma of my munchkin. Eventhough I only had spend about 12 years of my life with her but she had a great influence in my life. The thing I admire most about her is how she tolerate and sabar dgn kerenah anak cucunya yg ramai...and she had a very special aura...i love to temankan dia pergi ke pasar..she would wear her special baju kurung kasa...n dilitupi dgn tudung bersulam dari kain kasa juga..with her purse yg dikepit..she would go to the pasar memang mcm queen mother..she would only point what she want..and the penjual will obey her..ha..ha...ha..this was the best part actually...coz mulutnya riuh..pokpek..pokpek...but they love her...And one thing yang paling i rindu is to to hear the word "bodoh" from her...ha..ha...ha...that's her favorite word and sekali sekala..kami akan terkena..but we didn't mind coz she said in a very kasih sayang mode..I miss her so much..alfatihah for my darling Queen Mother..And Mami reminds me of my Queen Mother with her kelam kabutness and selambaland membebelkan orng...So this cake was specially done for her untuk dijadikan buah tangan untuk hantaran perkahwinan anak buahnya di Sedeli...a very peaceful kampung yg masih lagi dipenuhi dgn pelbagai rimbunan tumbuhan eksotik..so based on that..i decided to come with something classis and exotic....



So...for the main flower, I buatkan slipper orchid. The most difficult part was to do the slipper...harus buat mcm kelongsong...I tried the whole day and almost gave up...and was thinking to go and get the monkey pot plant ..oops periuk kera..coz kelongsongnya lebih kurang sama ...but alhamdulillah by midnite i dapat buat 3 of the slippers..but sill not perfect according to my sifu Shahril..


The "hands" n the "legs" were easy...but have to berhati2 coz if silap the petals can break,sebab ia nipis sangat. And when it came to colouring...at first i gunakan orange luster dust mix with another color..i lupa pula color apa..But then datang keberanian untuk airbrush...ha...ha..ha..besar risiko yg i nak ambil...if the color salah, the whole flower kena ketepikan. Alhamdulillah, it went ok....lega..and i found it easier to airbrush....lagi cepat.


So the next flowers are the capers..which i learnt in Shah's class...By the way, to those yg berminat untuk ambil class dgn shah..he will be having another class..check it out in my link kat tepi..cake expression..I highly encourage u all to pergi...Ok back to capers, sgt mudah untuk dibuat...cuma masalahnya untuk mendapatkan stock pistils dibahagian tengah. Yang dijual dikedai, semuanya yg berkilat dan besar. As for this one, I bought it from shah..which he bought from Thailand.



Cantikkan bunga ni...i mean the flower itself..not my creation...It looks so simple but bila digabungkan ia menjadi pelengkap...Subhanallah, Allah teaches us a lot via His creation. Jgn rasa rendah diri dgn kekurangan diri kita bila kita bersama2 dgn orng yang hebat kerana kita juga mampu menyumbang kepada kehebatan orang lain..





Ok..the next pelengkap is the Japanese Balloon which to me it looks like one of the species of buah leletup which can be found behind my grandmas's house long time ago...and now nak jumpa buah ni punya le susah...Buah ni pun tak susah untuk dibuat...cuma kena pastikan gelembung belonnya really kembung. And yg ini pun i airbrushkan saja...



The next one is the berry..my favorite..sebab senang sangat nak buat...gentel2 and siap dah...and dicantumkan satu persatu..Mula2 i luster dustkan..tapi bila dah banyak, boring pula....ha..ha..ha..if my munchkin baca ni mesti dia gelak...Maybe u all tk sangka yg i ni seorang yang lekas bosan bila membuat sesuatu yg sama tak kiralah dlm masa yg lama or sekejap...kadang2 i boleh menguap bila buat benda yg sama..tahap ketahanan kebosanan I amatlah rendah...lol. So bila dah boring, terus i capai airbrush...ha..ha..ha..selesai masalah kebosanan I..



Bila ada bunga mesti ada daun..tanpa daun kurang le seri jambangan kita..begitu juga dalam kehidupan kita...kita saling memerlukan diantara satu sama lain supaya hidup kita lebih bermakna. So jgn pandang rendah pada orng lain..hatta pun dia seorang tukang sapu or tukang angkat sampah...I always told my kids..sebab itu Allah jadikan manusia ini berbeza akal fikiran dan keupayaannya...if semua orng pandai n kaya , tak da siapa pula yg mahu jadi tukang angkat sampah..and jes imagine if tiada orang yg angkat smpah..bagaimana busuk n kotornya dunia...so fikirkanlah....always appreciate other people...hormati lah orng lain walaupun tinggi mana darjat kita didunia..semua manusia sama saja darjatnya disisi Allah..yng membezakannya adalah keimanan kita...Ok..back to the daun or creepers...amat mudah aje untuk membuatnya...no cutters needed...semuanya done manually. What we hv to do is to bentukkan bentuk pearl drop, cucukkan dawai n then lenyekkan ..Ia akan jadi bentuk love yg leper..then tekan le atas veiner leaf yg sesuai...senang aje kan..


Main leaves are daun puding...yup,those are sugar leaves..bukan daun betul. Rasa bersalah pula I coz untuk menghasilkan daun puding ni..he...he..he...tiap2 pagi i pergi petik kat sekolah anak I sampaikan classmate dia perasan. HE..he..he...minta halalkan ye. For my work, i prefer to have the real " model " infront of me...so kita boleh buat dgn lebih accurate lagi. I hand painted these leaves..gunakan wilton color...tak pandai nak airbrush..My dad tertipu,coz dia ingat daun betul i gunakan.



Ok..the final arrangement...tada !! Pls excuse my expensive beautiful vase...Sakit juga tangan bila buat arrangement ni...I really want it to be so exotic and akan dipadankan dgn cake yg look very classic...so sebab tu I chose orange as the main color..u will know why later on.


So..here comes the flowers with the cake...Since I wanted it to look classic and exotic..i decided to choose brown..dark brown...he..he..he..and it was airbrushed with americolor..so to my rakan bakers, I found out the brown americolor is very good for airbrushing...but for dark brown..if u wanna lighter brown,kena mix dgn white color..



Mami is 65 years old..and when think about her..i terfikir about corak broked...something very elegant, expensive, valuable and classic...So i applied kan the broked look via my new lace flower mold...and i warnakan dgn gold sheen...guna brush kali ni..and i gunakan gold dust yng dicampur dgn sedikit lemon juice...



Suspen juga bila nak cucukkan bunga tu..but alhamdulillah it fit nicely macam yg i planned. By the way, always balutkan bottomnya dgn aluminium foil before dicucukkan..



Mami was so happy with the cake...tak habis2 pujian dari mulutnya..it's not the pujian which i wanted...My penat membuat the whole thing berbaloi melihat kegembiraannya..and she made me miss my Queen Mother even more..This cake was brought back to Sedili..n according to Mami, the mak andam pujuk pengantin to give the bouquet to her...Well, I rasa happy sgt dapat buatkan this special cake for Mami..and to Allah,please sihatkan Mami and panjangkan umur Mami...she is so special to lots of people..she is like sunshine to us...tq Mami ..we love u so much...

Missing in Wonderland

Salam to all...he..he..he..seperti biasa..minta maaflah banyak2 coz dah lama tk update this blog...so many things to do in a very short time..but insyaAllah bila tiba masanya i will announce my new "big project" ..still working on it and semuga Allah permudahkan segala urusan ...amin...

OOPs apa pula gambar yg kat atas terlepet tu? Hmm...cuba teka apa dia....? Well, this time...another cake yg dah lama I buat cuma tak sempat hendak di uploadkan..This cake was ordered by Juwita..my munchkin's colleague in Eon Bank for her daughter 1st bday..and her special request was Alice in Wonderland Theme but pink color instead of blue...ha...ha...ha..dah sah emaknya yg peminat fanatic Alice in Wonderland...

Frankly speaking...I love reading fairy tales and rasanya semua fairy tales story habis I baca..except for this Alice in Wonderland...i had never read the story...don't know why..So, for the sake of this order..kelam kabut I menggoogle cerita Alice in Wonderland...nak tahu all the characters in the story...so come let us berkenalan dgn all the characters...


This is Chesire cat...the only character in this story yg sentiasa setia mendengar keluhan dari Alice and he is so famous with his grin..



Siapa pula ulat biru yg sedang "mabuk and pening" menghisap sisha or hookah as what it was being called in the story ? Ulat pun pandai hisap shisha...lol.Well it was only known as caterpillar..no special name for him .He doesn't like alice but actually he was the one who guided Alice how to cope with the difficulties she encountered in Wonderland. and one of his teaching was how to change size by eating the mushroom and thereby to adapt to her environment when needed. Well...i guess maybe we can learn something from this too...always try to adjust ourself to the environment...ibarat kata orng masuk kandang kambing mengembek..masuk kandang lembu menguak...kita harus ijak menyesuaikan diri dgn keaadan dan suasana keliling....BUT harus ingat biarlah our adjustment tu untuk kebaikan...bukan untuk keburukan...if keburukan..tinggalkan aje..tak payah nak adjust lagi...or better still if kita dapat tarik agen keburukan tu untuk menjadi baik...itu yg terbaik...


ok..the next one is the soldier..the representative of the Queen of Heart for this cake...dah penat sebenarnya...so i buat soldier ni yg cuba memanjat naik utk mengganggu kemeriahan alice and her friends berpicnic...notice the bottle with the label drink me?

Next is the mad hatter's hat with the a price tag on it... displaying the price 'ten and six': 10 shillings and 6 pennies. Mad Hatter was a very rude character and he loved to provoke Alice...



Ok..now it's the turn of the big fat white rabbit...who always carried a watch with him...sape pula ye white rabbit ni? The White Rabbit is the first Wonderland character yang Alice jumpa and sebab tu alice terjatuh ke dalam Wonderland...he is always nervous and always in a hurry...


So now..the heroine herself..but in a pink gown..instead of blue...he..he...he..mak nya yang minat rupanya...but tergemuk sikit badannya..he..he..he...sorry ye Juwita..






O..now ..the whole party...with cakes..drinks..etc...Mesti ramai yg tanya mcm mana ye nak buat semua character ni..tak susah sebenarnya...and frankly speaking..mcm main tanah liat or now nama glamornya playdoh..Jgn takut untuk mencuba and buat silap...just bayangkan apa yg nak kita buat..or if tak yakin ambil aje model yg kita nak buat tu and letak depan kita..so ikut le model tu..tk susah sgt..seronok ..but leceh juga nak mengerjakannya sebab kecik2...and kadang2 customer tk faham...minta buat mcm2 but nak hrga yg murah..penat kita membuatnya pun tak terbayar...Pernah sekali somebody wanted a set of two tier cakes...with few figurines on the top..and wnted it to be very special....but his budget was rm300...and told me that he can get the cake plus set of cupcakes for rm300 from another baker in KL..so ..my advise was go and order from that baker....I memang tak boleh bagi his price coz my work is very detail and it's not sponge cake..two tiers pulak tu...He said, the other aker is a chinese and he wanted to tolong orng kita..Well..the word orang kita reaally make me pissed off...does it mean being a malay baker, I hv to put a low price for my work..SO SORRY ..and i rasa ramai my malay baker friends will agree with me...being a malay baker and decorator does not mean our work is price at a very unreasonable price...tolong appreciate the time and the effort...Well, I sanngup tak dapat order dari surrender to his insult..to me it was an insult..and he told me he would get back to me which he didn't...and I was glad...to my baker and decorator friends, we hv to educate this type of people...they want something beautiful but does not want to pay for our work...Rasanay mcm nak suruh they all buat sendiri and rasakan kepenatan and kesukaran nak menghasilkan hasil kerja yang baik...Well sorry le...i melepaskan geram disini.. ;)

The dance of the peacock - finale

Salam to all ... semuga kita semua terus diberkati and dirahmati Allah....and diselamatkan dari malapetaka dan bencana alam. Takut bila mendengar malapetaka tsunami yg melanda Jepun yg terus merebak ke negara disepanjang lautan Pasifik dan yang paling terbaru ..gempa bumi di Honshu at 6.5 skala richter...and it happened yesterday..28th of March 2011. Banyak nyawa yg telah terkorban...and ia ibarat kiamat kecil...tiada amaran tiada petanda..semuanya menunjukkan kebesaran Allah yng Maha Berkuasa..teknologi secanggih mana pun tidak dapat mengawal keadaan...tua muda...kaya miskin..semuanya tidak dapat bersembunyi or menyelamatkan diri..bangunan yg tinggi dan kapal2 besar tumbang dan diterbalikkan...betapa besarnya kuasa Allah...manusia selama ini mendabik dada..berlumba-lumba menghasilkan kuasa tenaga yang tercanggih dan sekarang ia menjadi mimpi yang menakutkan bukan sahaja kepada penduduk Jepun tetapi kepada penduduk dunia juga apabila kita mendengar radiasi nuklear semakin meningkat..bayangkan makanan segar terpaksa dibuang kerana terdapat kesan radiasi yg tinggi....Anggaplah semua yang terjadi adalah amaran kecil dari Allah bahawa kiamat pasti berlaku dan apabila ia berlaku tiada siapa yg dapat menyelamatkan diri hatta ibu2 yg mengandung sekalipun...and sama2 lah kita cuba perbaiki kehidupan dan amalan kita supaya sentiasa mengikuti perintah Allah dan RasulNYA...amin...

Ok..back to deco story...and let me continue about the dance of the peacock...my participation in ICCA wedding cake competition...Maybe ramai decorators lain kata..alah it's a small competition and tak penting pun..but I tell u, the competition was a great event...where we had the chance to see all the superb work of other decos...and see different techniques of others...if kita rasa our work yg paling bagus selama ni ..ada ramai lagi yang hasil kerjanya lebih menakjubkan...this is the place where evrybody bebas untuk menunjukkan kekreatifan masing...coz wktu inilah kita tidak terikat dgn kehendak customer..we are our own customer...apa sahaja yg terbayang dikepala boleh dizahirkan and tanpa memikirkan kos yg terlibat...



For this peacock design, I wanted it to be a peacock with charisma and gah...maka sebab itu kepalanya dipositionkan begitu..as if it were trying to tell.."i'm feeling great and don't mess with me"...lol...but this is hanya untuk tujuan presentation aje..bukan untuk membanggakan diri...pls do not misunderstand....tiada niat langsung untuk mendabik dada...semuanya sekadar untuk memberi character to the peacock...takkan I nak buat lehernya terkulai layu pula....and balung or jambulnya memang I buat my own version...It's all about imagination...



So finally the whole peacock...and it was brought all the way from Melaka to Sunway Giza...but not the whole thing..the bits and pieces were assembled at tune hotel which was about 5 minutes drive from the venue...but it took us about 30 minutes to reach the venue...kena bawa slow sgt...and we were lucky masa tu ada traffic jam so we were moving at a very slow speed and made some illegal entrance also..in order to avoid long distance....I was afraid it will break in pieces during the journey and my heart was beating very fast and my big hug to my darling muchkin who took the effort to study the condition of the road a nite prior to the delivery...he studied all the bumps, holes and apa sahaja halangan yg ada diatas jalan..sehinggalah keadaan diparking lot pun he studied...he planned everything about the logistic...and I just concentrated on the finishing of the peacock...Alhamdulillah the journey was smooth...and tiada satu pun yang patah...alhamdulillah. Bila tiba aje di venue, my spirit was quite low bila melihat hasil kerja orng lain..semuanya menghasilkan kerja yg sgt kreatif and cantik...and honestly I had this thought in my mind...."kenapalah aku buat peacock ni? It looks so ugly". Infact sewaktu siap aje I dah terfikir kenapa le I uat peacock n bukan benda lain...yup, I'm sure m y deco friends always have that kind of question...we are the worst pengkritik to our own work.


This is one of my favorite moment...the judging process..Tears were in my eyes by just looking at how the judges commented on my peacock..The way they looked at my creation and chatted to each other about it was one of the moment yg I will never forget...tak tahu mcm mana nak describekan perasaannya ketika itu..hanya yg memasuuki pertandingan tersebut tahu apa yg I rasa...By the way, judges bukan sebarang orang...Eddie Spence..to me he is the Godfather of Royal Icing..Debbie Brown..nama yg tidak asing lagi dalam figurine model...Rose from Wilton USA..and Rosalind...head of ICCA...And another one of the best moment was...memerhatikan spectators looking at our creation...n not to mention the feeling when cameras and flashlights were focused on our creations...I was sitting down at a corner with my munchkin looking at people admiring my creation and at the same time the song "flying without wings " was aired ..and my munchkin..while holding my hand...dedicated the song to me and this what he said to me " I'm very proud of u and definitely u deserve all the attention..and this song is right for u..u are really flying without wings now" ...no words can described my feeling at the moment..except tears in my eyes...tears of happiness...

And what are the judges comment..yup, we had a chance to listen to them directly after the results were given out...Mesti ada yang nak tahu apa yg judges told me..and please bear in mind I post the comments bukan untuk menunjuk2 or bangga diri..but supaya dapat dijadikan perangsang kepada semua decorators lain

Yr peacock is the most creative....the flow of the tail is very beautiful...but it will be more beautiful if u can create a very bushy tail..more tails will definitely give u ...the point for the highly commended award..yrs is just one point away...other than that yrs is very beautiful....nice piping job ..."OMG Eddie..more tails? Oh with the current tails pun I dah nak pengsan.."

i love everything especially the cakeboard..very nicely painted...(actually the cake board is not my original idea...it's mitch turner's..and had to do it coz the cake board was not even...covering up strategy)

Nice piping work...but u should have hidden t joints....(she was reffering to the joint of the wings...(yup..that was my biggest losing point...but actually i was so afraid that the wings might pecah..those two were the last set i had..i had four sets...8pcs altogether..the wings was supposed to be floating and after i broke the first 3 sets..my munchkin suggested do not take any more risk...he asked me to attach it to the base of the wing..and am i glad i follow his advise...)

shikin dearie... i was having long chat wif shah, about ur work. we can see tat u r very different. if u ever hav the chance to enter ur future creations to overseas competition, it would be another advantage for u....

as a first timer like u, u able to create something so brave ( ok, tats my style, tak kisah orang macam mana tengok u...lol ), normally people will start wif tier cake, flower, cutters, so boring ( but judges like that ok )...but u, wow, ayamas straight away! kepala ayam tu lagi mau stare at the judges...patutlah mreka takut! lol

heres a little advise: should hav made a pair of peacock, one is too lonely...so, next year, do peacock again, one pair, n advance lagi, with no paste attached, just pure royal icing piping n run out! nice challenge huh !...but hor, peacock again, too boring kan?... so better scratch ur head from now on, challenge new thing...

So those were the comments from the judges and also my sifu..Kelvin Chua via FB...And alhamdulillah my creation was chosen as one of the commended category...and I was one of the top tens...but winning is not the target..Everybody who entered the competition was a winners for daring to to show their masterpiece to to the world...and should be proud of with all the creations...



Notice the tails sudah rosak..due to the humidity in the hall during at night time..infact banyak creations yg rosak...but what to do...






Well..before I pen off..to all my dear decorators friends ..jom kita ramai2 memeriahkan this year competition...It's not about winning..it's about showing the world of our creation..trust me...u will know what I meant if u join the event...lots of funs, lots of xperiences...lots of sharings..and lots of new friends...so see u guys in this year competition..but before I pull down the curtain to my peacock entry..i will like to thank all the wonderful and dearest people in my life who had always believe in my work...who always encourage me..and who always push me to the highest level...my big hugs of thank you to...my dad, my MIL, my sister and brother..my BIL ans SIL, my IU8 friends, my UGCAU gang...u know who u are, my bibik, my staffs...and the most important of all...to my dearest wonderful kids and my darling mucnhkin...Thank you Allah for giving me these wonderful people..

Lingkaran kasih

salam semua....finally i can gantung my apron for a short while...had been busy baking cuppies...hundreds of them for the past few days..and honestly, I prefer baking cakes compared to cuppies. If setakat 25 biji tu ok sangat le..but if dah beratus-ratus rasa mcm nak pengsan..kerjanya leceh sgt..kena isi satu persatu...if big cakes..tuang aje semua dlm acuan terus aje bakar..and boleh buat kerja lain. When it comes the time to decorate lagi haru...1000 cuppies..1000 kali kena hias...if big cakes senang aje..but I still enjoy doing it...maybe salah satu kebagusannya membuat cuppies..the whole family members have to help me....my 2 youngest tolong isikan cawan kertas, my eldest tolong sapukan cream n my munchkin...kena pegang piping bag tolong I decorate... ;)



Ok...this entry is my showcase for a work which had been done long time ago..sorry ye Farah..aunty is so busy...cuma ada masa sekali seminggu saja nak update my blog..This cake ditempah khas oleh Sis Farah dari Seremban istimewa untuk kejutan kakak kesayangannya yg bernama Farah juga..ha..ha...ha...me too having the same problem..I have two adorable and lovely Farahs too..Farah Diyana...and Farah Eeman..n they go to the same school..and bila cikgu cakap pasal Farah..I have to ask them which Farah. And the best thing my sister lagi besar masalahnya nanti..she has 4 lovely Faqihas..my beautiful and lorat nieces in Kemaman. Oops..I dah mula melalut...So according to Farah, she wanted something very sweet and English...So in my head terus terbayang..small roses yang melingkari sekeliling cake..pink and white...laces n butterflies..



So my roses kali ni memang small roses...with different hues of pink...senang aje nak buat ros ni..and tak ambil masa yg lama...and the green lingkaran I gunakan royal icing...begitu juga dengan daunnya...gunakan piping nozzle utk daun...nozzle no 67, 66 and 65...and ada yg lebih kecil lagi..65s...and of course the daun will be small...sesuai untuk cupcakes...



Oops..jangan tertipu..itu bukan lace dari royalicing..ramai yg ingat royal icing...I gunakan lace mould bought from sugarflours...Phew,berpeluh membuatnya masa mula2...habis semua rakan2 bakers i kacau that day ertanyakan mcm mana nak dapatkan hasil yg terbaik..including Kak Nor Zalina..tq kak for yr willingness to teach me via FB walaupun masa tu u sedang dalam percutian..tq kakak ;). What I did was..campurkan sikit CMC pd fondant...and sapukan icing sugar pd mould..then gelekkan fondant atas mould tu...be very careful bila keluakan fondant dari mould coz it will be so small and nipis and mudah koyak..it took me the whole morning to master it..if susah guna pin untuk removekan fondant tu and terus tampal pada kek...once u dah master the technique, it will be easy then..so to make it very english looking, I tampalkan keliling kek..which took me the whole afternoon to do it..but hasilnya berbaloi..cantikkk....

So this is the bottom tier...keknya memang besar..a 14 inch cake...and kali ni susunannya I buat sebaris kebelakang...coz i nak menampakkan lebih lingkaran dibahagian hadapan...as if bunga2 tu terkeluar dari celahan kek....


And as for the second tier...I used bigger size lace and different design too...but tiada bunga menghiasi tier ni..i just wanna a white tier yg romantic...sebab tu ada white butterflies..I love butterflies and as usual...semuanya diairbrush dgn white pearl Americolor sheen..



And for the top tier..or maybe i boleh panggil topper kot...actually it was a dummy
So it was filled with bunch of roses yg dikelilingi butterflies...




And here is the final rupa of the whole set..ans as usual the tier separators were done by my darling munchkin...


This cake was sent to Seremban and alhamdulillah the pengantin and her sister..both Farahs love the cake..Alhamdulillah...
